WE stayed at Playa Rana at the end of August and Marilyn was so wonderful to work with. She stayed in touch right up until we checked in and then throughout our stay. She gave us lots of information and things to do. She even checked in on us when there was a tropical storm keeping us trapped in the condo for a few days. The condo was very clean and everything was right there for us from dishes to linens and towels. It was a secure condo and we felt safe staying there. Marilyn made us feel welcome and we knew if we needed anything she was close by and willing to help with anything at a moment’s notice. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We would definitely stay here again. While we mostly went to the beach the kids did enjoy the pool when the waves and wind from the tropical storm were too rough. I highly recommend staying with Marilyn at here condo!!!!
