I’m going to start w/a giant that you from the owner, Marilyn. Super lady & businesswoman. I called at the last second needing a place for one month. Yup, you guessed it, she went out of her way to rent to me immediately. I stayed for one month, I would have stayed indefinitely if someone hadn’t beaten me to it. Her condo is large, clean, quiet when u want, but u can see all the fun & people if u open the patio door & go out. The pool is a perfect size, parking is so convenient outside the back doors. Laundry is fantastic in the condo. Nothing better than having a grocery store literally left of the bldg. & across the street…awesome! I didn’t find the concierge cart or notice the ramp at the other end of the bldg. until I unloaded, so do that FIRST. You don’t need it, but there are elevators too. I met some great people, but I’m very social. You have total privacy if u want that as well. I would live in Marilyn’s condo full time if I could because it’s the perfect location to EVERYTHING, a lot of great music up and down the boardwalk You can walk, drive, or ride a bike to all.
Thank you again Marily not only for the great condo, but for actually caring about clients. I would definitely stay again if I wasn’t moving out of the country. Bye to all & come have a great stay at Marilyn’s place.
