We rented this condo for a week due to my daughter’s dance competition. The location was perfect as it is only a 4 minute drive to the convention center and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Marilyn was excellent in answering all of our questions ahead of time and very detailed in her paperwork and in the process to rent. She met us at check in, gave us a tour of the building and unit, and explained local attractions and left information for events going on during our stay. The condo was very clean and had all items as pictured. Being able to do laundry was a huge bonus so we didn’t have to pack as much. The pool area is nice, but note that the hot tub doesn’t work, which wasn’t an issue for us as it was so hot outside and the pool was all we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a dishwasher made cleaning up easy. We loved having so much room to spread out, as the living room area had plenty of space and the master bedroom was also really large. We can’t wait to head back !
