We rented this condo for a dance competition we were attending. The condo is a short walk to the beach and very convenient to the convention center. The condo provided everything we needed with all new appliances and HE washer and dryer. The best part of the rental was dealing with Marilyn! She went out of her way to get us the key (even though we arrived around 10pm) and gave us a tour of the complex and walked us thru the entire condo and amenities. She was also Very good with communication throughout the entire rental process. I would highly recommend this condo and Marilyn!
